Grating

Grating’s  primitive plate use computer control’s pressure resistance welding machine to manufacture. Press warp and weft array wring square steel (according to certain spacing) into side flat steel , thus will obtain firm spot , board massive, rectangular hole steel grating .
Grating specification :

Flat steel: material is Q235A or stainless steel , has common planar, antislip dental pattern and section I type.  Common specification has 20*5、25*5、25*3、32*5、32*5、40*5、40*3、50*5、65*5、75*6、100*8、100*10 etc.
Rail : material is Q235A or 304 stainless steel round steel , wring square steel ,square steel or hexagonal steel . Wring square steel is made with rod drawing and wringing through square mould.  Its common specification has 5*5、6*6、8*8mm etc.
